June 8, 2010-Payton Turns One!

How fast a year goes. Payton Dana Brimhall turned one! We had family over to enjoy some cake and ice cream to celebrate Payton's day.

At her one year appointment she weighed 21# 2.5oz (52%) and she was 30 in. long (79%)

She has since had two more teeth come in so she now has a total of 12 teeth, four of which are molars. She has really started to take off trying to walk this week. She gets so excited and tries to go too fast so she falls alot.

Payton is also saying dada and mama; not sure though that she understands those are names for Scott and I, but we love it anyway! She is also a big eater. She will eat anything with the exception of mashed potatoes and refried beans.

Payton loves playing with her olders sisters and brothers and loves pulling our dog Coca's tail and ears (which Coca doesn't mind). She is definitely voicing her opinion these days too. We are going to be in trouble :)

Family Vacation to Nevada

Over Memorial weekend we drove out to visit my parents in Nevada. It was a nice, relaxing time. We drove to Virgnia City and saw some old cars. We also had to go into the candy store. Another day we drove to Reno and went to Scheels the largest sporting goods store; The kids went on the feris wheel. We also celebrated Jarynn's and Payton's birthday's since the grandparents would not be able to get out to Utah to celebrate with us. We also had fun in the back yard.

Dallin's Pre-school Graduation-May 2010

Dallin graduated from pre-school this year, but we have decided to hold him back one year so he'll get to graduate all over again next year. He was a VIP and did an awesome job!
